The 'Living Greyhawk Campaign Sourcebook 4.2,' can be found at http://www.verbobonc.net/main/index.php?categoryid=8. The direct-link URL is prohibitively long, so a couple of steps are needed from that link:

  1. Click on 'Living Greyhawk.'
  2. Click on 'Next' to go to page 2.
  3. Click on the 'download now' link under 'Living Greyhawk Campaign Sourcebook 4.2,' which contains the most current set of rules for character generation.
