FlatCon: Not Flat, Just Level!

2500 Point Low Fantasy armies with the following restictions:
No single magic item, runic item, honor, Daemonic Gift, bloodline, virtue etc etc may cost more then 50pts. Characters can have more then one item per normal rules however no single item can cost more then 50pts.
Large Targets that fly are not allowed. Flyers that are not large targets are fine as are large targets that do not fly. Only Large targets that fly are not allowed.
Players must bring an extra non spellcasting hero. The hero is free and does not cost any points nor does it use up a character slot. They may have magic items per normal rules.
Tournament may have up to 16 people. This will be a 3 round event.
