Description:

A Warhammer 40K Tournament with prizes running all day Sunday!

How to register:

The fee for this event will be $10.00 per player. FlatCon entry badge does NOT include free admission this year to this event. 20+ team spots will be available.

Registration is all done via the www.flatcon.com website when you register for the con. NO registration done with the judge. Include "Sunday 40k RTT Tournament" on the paper form or in the online message box to pre-register for this event. Email Matthew Baugh at python34_309@hotmail.com to reserve spot on list.

First listed and present at 9:00 a.m. will get available slots if any. Only online pre-registration through the FlatCon website guarantees a spot.

Rules:

Total points for a player is 1,850 points:
• Force Organization = 1-2 HQ, 0-3 Elite, 2-6 Troop, 0-3 Fast, 0-3 Heavy

Scoring:

Total of: 200 possible points

Entrance fee:

$10 per player in addition to FlatCon admission. (see above)

Tracker Sanctioned:

This is a Tournament Tracker registered tournament.

Other Rules:

Imperial Armor units (but not army lists) may be used except for the following which are not allowed!

If you choose to use Imperial Armor units, you MUST bring a copy of their rules for each of your opponents to review and a copy for the judge with your army lists. If no rules are provided, judges will pull models from the battle-field with no replacements allowed.

A copy of your army list MUST be submitted to judges for theme points to be awarded. And, a copy should be carried with you for any opponents to review at their leisure.

What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG). If you wish to use an item, it must be represented on the figure.

All models must be painted with minimum of 3 colors.

Non-GW, Forgeworld models are restrictively allowed, but must be pre-approved by the judge 2 weeks prior to the tournament (last day is Sept 14th by 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Non-approved models will be removed from lists with NO replacement allowed. Email photo of model(s) to judge Matthew Baugh at python34_309@hotmail.com.

You must bring all materials needed to play your army including dice, measuring devices, templates, models, calculators, and any rules that you will be using will be available for judges and opponent clarifications.

Armies must use the most recent editions of their Codexes/rules with the following
exception:

• Codexes or other to-be-released White Dwarf Chapter Approved units/armies will only be allowed if available in singular and stand alone format in general U.S.-based(no international/ebay) retail outlets prior to August 25, 2007. I.E. If the to be released Chaos Space Marine Codex becomes available through GW US in stand alone format on August 26, 2007, it will not be allowed for this for this tournament and the second most recent codex must be used.

Special Characters are allowed assuming they are usable in an army of 1,850 points.

The Adeption 2007 FAQ’s will be used for tournament judging if available, There is a chance the Adepticon 2008 FAQ may be ready by the start of this event, in which case it will be used for Judging. Judges will make their best effort to fairly and correctly interpret any unclear rules. However, rulings of event judges will be considered final, no exceptions.
